If you've completed one full term as a VISTA member, a position as a VISTA Team Leader is a great way to step into a leadership role. The VISTA Team Leader has the opportunity to assist other VISTA members through their term of service as well as helping to increase organizational capacity in southern Nevada. The VISTA Team Leader would begin their term of service on August 15, 2011.

The VISTA Team Leader will support VISTA member efforts by providing one-on-one support, conducting regular site visits, organizing team meetings, trainings & service projects and compiling program data. The Team Leader will also outreach to local nonprofit organizations, post volunteer opportunities on the Volunteer Center website, and assist with projects and events as needed. VISTA team leader must have successfully completed at least one full term as a VISTA member and can not hold outside employment during their term of service.
