Boys & Girls Clubs of Las Vegas
The VISTA member will be responsible for developing a strategy for the organization to build string partnerships with the Clark County School District (CCSD) and other schools in Club communities. The member will conduct an evaluation of partnership opportunities, indentify key contacts & resources, and navigate a partner strategy. Additionally, the member will work with staff to identify program needs & opportunities, offer trainings and support on facilitating school partnerships and create resources to facilitate ongoing school partnerships. Opportunity Village
The VISTA member would serve as an Art Enrichment Assistant responsible for supporting the Dance Program Director in the implementation of dance programs, coordination of class schedules & liaison between Opportunity Village, parents and Clark County schools to help expand dance and movement classes & performances for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. In addition, the member will create a parent/family satisfaction & needs survey, distribute the survey & analyze the incoming data. For more details and to apply click HERE.

Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada
The VISTA member will be responsible for designing, coordinating & implementing a volunteer recruitment plan for Junior Achievement of Southern Nevada (JA). The goal of the plan would be to increase volunteer participation which would ultimately increase the number of low income schools JA can provide financial literacy curriculum to. These activities would include the establishment of volunteer goals to meet the current demand of JA programs, conduct volunteer focus groups to understand volunteer needs, develop best practices for volunteer recruitment, & work with the board of directors to implement volunteer strategies. Las Vegas Area Council of Boy Scouts of America
The VISTA member will support the Las Vegas Area Council of Boy Scouts of America by educating the Hispanic community of the benefits of the Scouting program while maintaining their traditions, customs and culture. The member will increase the number of Hispanic families that are served by the Council and increase the number of volunteers serving the Hispanic community. Additionally, the member will engage in public speaking events, assist with grant writing, research and fundraising. They will also assist with the oversight of summer day camp programs. Bilingual Spanish & Boy Scout experience preferred. For more details and to apply click HERE.
