Tech Success- Updating Your Attendance
Do you volunteer at your child's school? Help out at your grandparents activity center? Offer your time and talent at your house of worship? The Volunteer Center website offers more than just opportunities!
Did you know that Nevada is ranked 50 out of 51 states and Washington D.C.? We can help to influence change by keeping track of the time each person in Nevada volunteers. Luckily it's quick and easy for projects you find through the Volunteer Center website as well as projects you participate in on your own.
Non-Volunteer Center Projects:
Step 1: Log in to your Volunteer Center account
Step 2: Click on the Personal Information tab at the top of the page
Step 3: Click on Volunteer History
Step 4: Click on Add Volunteer Hours
Step 5: Enter the information for where and when you volunteered and any feedback you'd like to note
Step 6: Click on Record Volunteer Hours
Volunteer Center Projects:
Step 1: Open the email from Volunteer@uwsn.org after participating in a Volunteer Center project.
Step 2: Click on the link or use the URL that is included in the email to record your hours and any feedback about the opportunity.
That's it! Remember to let us know if the organization you volunteer at needs additional volunteers. We can help post their opportunities on our website and through our social media networks.
